Both the philosophy of our practice and our personal approach to life are holistically oriented and therefore fundamental to our work. For us, this means that we do not treat the symptom in pain and movement therapy either, but instead focus on the cause of the person in their physical wholeness.

I work with great mindfulness, clarity and heart. My aim is to accompany people on a physical and emotional level - through touch, through conversation and through quietly allowing what wants to show itself.

It is my heart's desire to support you in discovering new paths - gently, clarifying and at your own pace. Physical relaxation and deep, calm listening often lead to inner balance faster than many believe.
