- Reiki – A gentle treatment for deep relaxation of the autonomic nervous system. It strengthens the body's self-healing powers and reduces stress.
- Lomi Lomi La Au – This traditional massage technique from Hawaii is a journey through body, mind, and soul. Emotions and old memories are released from the back of the body. At the front, your heart opens up to love, trust, and peace.
